What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, 2+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, space planning, or related field, attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify discrepancies in facility data, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and documentation, Experience using work order management systems, facility management software, or similar operational platforms, Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site locations and prioritize tasks effectively, written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation, Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client sites within assigned geographic area
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, Experience with SharePoint, Corrigo, or other facility management and data management platforms, Background in floor plan audits, space measurement, or CAD/architectural drawing review, Familiarity with BOMA standards, space measurement methodologies, or facility documentation best practices, Knowledge of building systems, construction terminology, and facility infrastructure, Experience working in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or corporate real estate environments, Certification in facilities management (FMP, CFM) or commitment to pursue professional development, Track record of conducting systematic floor plan inspections and maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms, Experience identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings, Background serving as an interface between clients, site teams, and operational stakeholders, Experience maintaining compliance with service level agreements and quality standards, Ability to prepare and review operational reports for accuracy and completeness, Background supporting management audits, operations audits, and client quality reviews
What You'll Do.
Perform scheduled floor plan inspections and audits
Maintain compliance with established KPI and SLA metrics
Submit corrective work orders for defects or discrepancies
Prepare and review daily operational reports
Maintain and update JLL SharePoint sites
Ensure all required trainings are scheduled and completed
Support compliance efforts for JLL audits and reviews
Identify and support IFM cost savings targets
Act as a professional interface with clients and guests
