What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to lift and move furniture safely. Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Attention to detail. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
What You'll Do.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of carpets, floors, and upholstery throughout the resort.
Clean carpets, upholstery, floors and room accessories to remove effects of smoke and water damage.
Wax and strip floors as needed.
Operate portable commercial cleaning machines.
Ensure proper safety signs are set up.
Place fans and dehumidifiers to remove moisture.
Verify moisture presence and removal.
Spray carpets, upholstery and accessories with fabric conditioners, deodorizers and disinfectants.
Inspect completed restoration.
