All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of insurance underwriting or recent flood insurance experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of systems and procedures, with attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
Previous customer service experience. 2+ years of underwriting experience with an ANFI designation. Experience with underwriting methodologies and flood insurance practices, along with familiarity with organizational insurance procedures and policies. Time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients.
