We are hiring a Floating Teacher to support in our Middleton school on River Street. This role provides support to classrooms throughout the school. This position is an integral part of our staff, helping our program run smoothly while providing top-notch child care and collaborating with likeminded teachers. This role requires a creative, positive, and engaging team player who is flexible and eager to jump in to support. ## You'll thrive in this role if you have EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals ## Some requirements of the role include Availability to work 32-40 hours per week until 5:30 pm Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset ## As a Floating Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for Providing substitute coverage when Teachers are either out sick, completing planning time, in need of a bathroom break, lunch break, or any other coverage throughout the day. Assisting Classroom Teachers with the routine opening/closing of the classroom, including but not limited to wiping down the toys, cleaning the tables, vacuuming the room, sanitizing the room (after all children have left), and overall preparation of the classroom for the next morning. Providing classroom assistance to support teachers as needed throughout the day, including but n
