We’re currently seeking a Schoolwide Support Teacher to join our passionate team at our Kingston school. This vital role supports multiple classrooms, offering flexibility and variety while ensuring consistency in high-quality child care. Whether you're soothing a toddler, inspiring preschoolers, or supporting fellow daycare teachers, you’ll be an essential part of our nurturing and collaborative community. If you’re a compassionate, energetic educator who values early childhood development and is excited to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children, we’d love to meet you! ## You'll thrive in this role if you have EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals ## Some requirements of the role include Availability to work a full time, flexible schedule within operating hours of the school Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset ## As a Floating Teacher, you will be responsible for Providing substitute coverage when Teachers are either out sick, completing planning time, in need of a bathroom break, lunch break, or any other coverage throughout the day.
