Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX or VA- no exceptions, Willing to get licensed in the following states, if not WA, AZ, TX and VA, Must be willing to work until 6 PM in designated time zones, Ability to work flexible hours across time zones as needed

Must Have

Active BCBA certification, Ability to pass a background check, Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes, Demonstrated competence delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely, At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs, Prior experience supervising RBTs or BTs across multiple sites or virtual teams

Nice to Have

Willing to get licensed in all MeBe states, preference for those with AZ Licensure

Case coverage includes two-tier and three-tier supervision models

Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments

Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans

Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs

Providing Parent Coaching

Assessing client progress through Data Analysis

Develop tools and processes that can be shared and repurposed by other remote and non-remote BCBAs

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs.
