What You'll Do.

Support people in achieving personal dreams

Develop positive relationships

Provide coverage for various roles

Assess person's hopes

Support relationship development in community

Assist people in community participation

Serve as resource for person served

Ensure rights of person served are protected

Assist people in developing advocacy skills

Provide support for emotional

Educate people on procedures

Facilitate positive relationships

Provide input into assessment and planning

Implement person's plan fully

Complete all required documentation

Complete daily progress notes

Assist in maintaining necessary records

Assist with day-to-day home operations

Floaters will work to provide coverage for Developmental Specialist, Behavioral Specialist, Individual Supports/ Supported Living Specialist during vacations, holidays, leave, or vacancies. # **What You 'll Do:** • Continually assess each person receiving services for their hopes, dreams, and desires and provide supports that facilitate achievement. • Support people receiving services in developing relationships in their community and with their natural supports. • Assist people receiving services in participating fully in their community consistent with the person’s interests.
