Use C-I-CARE in patient interactions
Manage patient intake
Manage same day schedule
Schedule follow up appointments
Monitor patient feedback
Provide venipuncture services
Perform specimen collection
Assist with EKGs/ECGs
Assist with ear lavages
Assist with PPD tests
Maintain in-office care standards
Answer patient messages
Follow up on lab cases
Assist providers with clerical duties
Complete biometric screening forms
Review medical records
Handle billing inquiries

The Opportunity As a One Medical Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (internally known as Flex Patient Care Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.
