What You'll Do.
Provide coverage across multiple clinic locations
Adapt quickly to new clinic environments
Collaborate with clinic teams
Ensure seamless patient care
Complete billing trailers in Quest
Conduct assigned clinic monthly lab audits
Obtain blood samples for lab testing
and process specimens
Perform in-house point-of-care lab testing
Process and resulting lab tests
Ensure proper documentation of lab orders
Track lab orders and results in EMR
Maintain and organize lab equipment
Maintain lab supplies
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Manage OOO provider inboxes
Room patients efficiently
Model customer service first values
Measure patient vital signs
Record patient vital signs
Assist providers with exams
Assist providers with procedures
Assist providers with medical treatments
Administer IM injectables
Administer medications as ordered
Schedule patient appointments
Assist with portal setup
Assist with patient education
Support chronic disease management
Support population health initiatives
Outreach to patients for follow-up care
Administer diagnostic EKG
