Full Job Description

Flightline Operations Managers - Airplane on Ground **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **First-Line Flightline Operations Managers** (Level K) to support the **Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Team** onsite in **Everett, Washington**. **Position Responsibilities:** * Ensures aircraft repairs, warranty support and tech assists are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preflight and post-flight checks, release for flight, and preparation for delivery and return to service * Interfaces with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet program requirements and ensure customer acceptance * Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals * Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes * Manages, develops and motivates employees To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership” * Current holder of an FAA A&P License or the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate * 3+ years of experience in aircraft delivery, maintenance repair, and/or Aircraft
