What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment, 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment, Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate, Ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
Nice to Have
3+ years of flightline operations experience, 3+ years of experience working with live customers, 3+ years of experience with any of the following: quality assurance, troubleshooting capabilities, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and/or structures, 3+ years of proficiency using CMES
