Flightline Operations Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Flightline Operations Manager** to join 777/x Preflight and Delivery Operations Team on 2nd shift located in Everett, Washington. A FOD (Foreign Object Debris)-free product and a “clean as you go” approach are integral to our production system and require steadfast adherence to our standards, care for our people, and focus on our customers. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manage, develop, and motivate employees using best practices and regular employee feedback. * Ensure air vehicles are completed and certified for airworthiness by overseeing final paint installation, modification, repair, and delivery preparation. * Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and secure customer acceptance. * Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and achieve operational goals for quality, on-time delivery, and cost control. * Secure resources for projects and processes, provide technical oversight of suppliers, and lead continuous process improvements. * Oversee and approve technical approaches, process changes, and adoption of lean principles. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork; influence the team to demonstrate Boeing Values and Behaviors.
