Flightline Operations Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Flightline Operations Manager** to join 777/x Preflight and Delivery Operations Team on 2nd shift located in Everett, Washington. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and coaching skills that help our business unit embody and elevate our Values & Behaviors and strengthen our culture. They will champion a first-pass quality mindset, committing to the success and development of team members. A FOD (Foreign Object Debris)-free product and a “clean as you go” approach are integral to our production system and require steadfast adherence to our standards, care for our people, and focus on our customers. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manage, develop, and motivate employees using best practices and regular employee feedback. * Ensure air vehicles are completed and certified for airworthiness by overseeing final paint installation, modification, repair, and delivery preparation. * Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and secure customer acceptance. * Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and achieve operational goals for quality, on-time delivery, and cost control. * Secure resources for projects and processes, provide technical oversight of suppliers, and lead continuous process improvements. * Oversee and approve technical approaches, process changes, and adoption of lean principles. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork; influence the team to demonstrate Boeing Values and Behaviors.
