Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, US Citizenship required, Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically, Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62 is required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Leadership role experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership", Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, US Citizenship, Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project, Experience working in a highly regulated maintenance environment where compliance with policies and procedures is essential, Experience (military or commercial) in aircraft maintenance and Flight line operations
Nice to Have
Active U. S. Secret Security Clearance (U. S. Citizenship Required). (A U. S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active, Associate degree or higher and/or equivalent military experience, Experience as a team lead, project lead and/or maintenance supervisor
