Must Have
Leadership role experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience), Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, US Citizenship, Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project, Working in a highly regulated maintenance environment where compliance with policies and procedures is essential, Aircraft maintenance and Flight line operations experience (military or commercial)
Nice to Have
Active U. S. Secret Security Clearance, Associate degree or higher and/or equivalent military experience, Team lead, project lead and/or maintenance supervisor experience

Ensure air vehicles are completed and pass certification for airworthiness
Oversee final component installation
Oversee systems operation functional testing
Oversee preflight and postflight checks
Oversee release for flight
Oversee preparation for delivery
Develop and execute project and process plans
Implement policies and procedures
Set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes
Provide technical management of suppliers
Lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches
develop and motivate employees
How You'll Work.

Interfaces with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers; Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
