What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience, Willingness to work any shift based on the needs of the operation, Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends, Possess an A&P or Repairman Certificate or minimum 18 months of practical, hands-on maintenance experience to qualify for an FAA Repairman Certificate in the type of maintenance to be performed, Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, 3+ years of flight line operations experience & functional test knowledge, 3+ years of experience with any of the following: avionics, troubleshooting capabilities, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and/or structures, 3+ years of proficiency using Velocity/CMES (or similar industry software), 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role, Bachelor's degree or higher
