Must Have
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Flight Test Organization, Formal SMS training or education, Engineering experience within a Design Organization, Experience in flight operations within a Flight Test Department, Experience in investigation techniques, Proficiency in MS Office, Proficiency in Google Suite tools
Nice to Have
Military aviation background, Test pilot experience, Engineering degree with first-hand experience in flight test techniques and procedures, Graduate of a recognized Test Pilot School, Understanding of technical issues for a diverse fleet of test aircraft, Understanding of Airbus DS internal working structures and organization, Experience in designing and publishing Safety promotion materials, Knowledge of auditing and DOA framework, Military background in flight operations, Knowledge of Human Factors, Knowledge of Crew Resource Management, German language, Spanish language

Support internal audits
Support external audits
Stay updated on new trends

Ensure Safety Awareness
