Flight Test Maintenance Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) team is searching for **Flight Test Maintenance Manager** and support teams in **Charleston, SC**. This position will be responsible for the Field Operations Management role and have oversight of all the Flight Test Maintenance activity for the Charleston-based Flight Test team. This includes Flight Test Instrumentation build-up / installation/ and check-out, as well as aircraft maintenance, flight release, and airworthiness. The South Carolina Flight Test Maintenance team consists of highly capable, multi-disciplined aircraft mechanics that cover a broad range of airplane flight test, pre-flight, and operational environments. The Flight Test Manager in South Carolina will be responsible for the ongoing development and fostering of the continual learning environment that is critical for our people and for supporting the wide range of activity that the team supports on a regular basis. This will include identifying and providing training and development opportunities that support the flight test needs of the larger BT&E team in South Carolina. This position will be responsible and accountable for aircraft flight release and ensure that all activity in pre-flight aligns with airworthiness requirements for the purpose of the given flight. This role will include building relationships with Production system partners, larger BT&E Maintenance capability leaders, local BT&E South Carolina leaders, and Safety and Quality organizations and partners in multiple units that we interface with.
