Must Have

10+ years experience in Aircraft Maintenance, Experience working in Flight Test, A&P License, US Person

Nice to Have

5+ years experience in aircraft maintenance in a managerial or team lead role leading people and/or projects, 787 maintenance experience, Experience with VELOCITY, DWR, CMES, AFRS, Fabrication / Machine Shop management experience, Tool control experience, Asset management experience, Project Management experience (cost, schedule, risk, resource)

What You'll Do.

Lead by example for safety and quality

and develop the people

Maintain airplane flight release authority

Manage all training and certification requirements

Lead the team in execution of instrumentation build up plans

Plan support requirements for remote test maintenance needs

Travel on remote testing with the test team

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

building relationships with Production system partners; larger BT&E Maintenance capability leaders; local BT&E South Carolina leaders; Safety and Quality organizations and partners
