What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, 2+ years of professional experience in embedded software development, Proficiency in C/C++ programming in resource-constrained embedded environments, Working knowledge of real-time operating systems, Familiarity with software verification, testing, and debugging techniques for embedded systems

Nice to Have

Experience developing flight software for spacecraft, satellites, or other safety-critical aerospace or robotics systems, Hands-on experience with real-time operating systems such as Linux, VxWorks, or FreeRTOS, Experience with Python for scripting or test automation, Familiarity with embedded communication protocols (e. g. , UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP)
