Must Have

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Manage and oversee assigned flight movements in Madrid
Act as the primary point of contact for passengers
Deliver exceptional service to HNW and UHNW clientele
Coordinate passenger arrivals
and aircraft turnaround
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently in real time
Build and maintain relationships with airport stakeholders
and operational partners
Maintain close communication with the ACS operations team on all Madrid flight activity
Provide real-time updates on delays
or operational issues
Submit post-flight operational feedback and reporting
Maintain accurate tracking of all Madrid flight representation activity
Manage personal schedule in line with operational requirements
Remain flexible and available across varying hours
including weekends and holidays
Maintain exceptional personal presentation and professionalism
Operate with complete discretion and confidentiality
Support the development of the Madrid and wider Spain flight representation network
