What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of experience in flight scheduling, aviation operations, dispatch, related aviation role, supporting corporate aircraft operations, trip planning, flight following, operational coordination, coordinating with flight crews, maintenance teams, aviation service providers, Working knowledge of corporate aviation operations, operational control concepts, Familiarity with crew duty and rest considerations, operational feasibility checks, Understanding of Flight Operations Manual, SOPs, regulatory compliance requirements affecting flight scheduling, Experience maintaining accurate flight records, manifests, utilization logs, organizational skis, exceptional attention to detail, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment, written and verbal communication skills, Customer-service mindset
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
