Ability to work a variable shift, Ability to work overtime, 3+ years of experience with live aircraft field operations/aircraft systems/LOTO, 3+ years of experience within aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing, 3+ years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet schedules and safety requirements or resolve technical or operational problems, 3+ years of experience with Systematic Problem Solving
Nice to Have
5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 3 years of experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts, 3 years of experience in a team environment, Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
What You'll Do.
safety and teaming environment
Identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure LOTO book and equipment used correctly
Coordinate production build execution
Supervise Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
Coordinate hazardous energy work
Perform end-of-shift activities
Respond to abnormal circumstances
Verify aircraft power safety
Remove LOTOs from book
Evaluate hazardous energy introduction
Coordinate with SMEs and ME’s
Review personnel and airplane status
Transfer LOTOs to incoming GCs
Sign out of Control Log Sheets
Verify mechanics signed out of LOTOs
Serve as PAE when necessary
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement; Meets with the work team to evaluate where hazardous energy is to be introduced; Coordinating with Functional Test SMEs and ME’s; Transfer LOTOs to the incoming GC’s
