What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering, Advanced level in English, Knowledge in A400M architecture and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA, TLB etc), Office is a must
Nice to Have
experience in managing teams, risk management
What You'll Do.
Production engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker adherence in Flight Line
Guidance to foreman in order to balance the resources according to related needs per production shift
Strengthen information transmission between different production shifts for a proper work continuity in the workshop
Unblock production issues to accomplish the daily plan
Aircraft planning responsible leading daily industrial meeting
Station focal point for daily activities with ME (system and process)
production control and the rest of functions involved
Time-Keeper with foreman and overall short-term planning coordinator of station
Prepare next daily tasks and planning of works (people
jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job)
Support the continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area
