This role is additionally responsible for preparing all baked goods for the Air North flight kitchen and the Black Wolf Bistro. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare all aspects of the food production for the retail/baking production according to established standards Bake and prepare a variety of products from scratch, including muffins, pastries, breakfast loaves, cakes and desserts for Air North flights, retail sales, and events Bake mixed doughs and batters Assist with training of new staff Maintain a level of food preparation consistent with business levels & leadership direction Maintain department equipment in good order & report any defective/damaged equipment Ensure opening/closing security procedures are followed to established guidelines Contribute to and cultivate a team envir
