Must Have
1-2 years of printing experience (Flexographic preferred), High School Diploma or GED, basic math and the ability to read measurements down to 1/8", accountable, curious about how things work, resilient during high-pressure shifts
What You'll Do.
converting raw materials into finished
high-quality printed products
install printing plates
and adjust cylinders according to precise specifications
Monitor ink viscosity and color sequences to ensure every product meets our "zero-defect" standard
Use your mechanical aptitude to detect malfunctions and perform root-cause adjustments rather than "band-aid" fixes
Work with your team to meet production targets while maintaining a safety-first environment
