Must Have
Medication QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation, Read, write and speak English, High school or Equivalent (GED), Moderate physical activity, Constant standing, walking, and grasping, Frequent stooping and reaching
Nice to Have
One (1) year experience in elder care, Proficient computer skills
What You'll Do.
Attend to personal care needs
Provide personal care services
Anticipate and identify resident care needs
Report resident care needs to supervisor
Respond to family member needs
Maintain open communication with supervisor/peers
Monitor resident safety and well-being
Report suspicion of abuse
neglect or misappropriation
Report changes in resident status
Monitor and document resident's condition
Assist residents with prescribed medication routine
Alert RN/LPN/supervisor of medication concerns
Ensure proper documentation occurs timely
Restock medication carts
drawers and storage areas
and contribute to staff meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
