What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license, 1-year experience in a long-term care facility, 1 year experience using electronic medical record platforms, Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
Nice to Have
Experience in caring for residents with dementia, IV Certification helpful, 1-year experience coordinating care in a clinical environment
