Must Have
6+ years of experience in creative enterprises, as well as experience in location-based/themed entertainment, Experience shepherding high-budget multimedia projections from ideation to completion, Understanding of location-based/themed entertainment industries and their production pipelines, Knowledge of the creative process and deliverables
Nice to Have
Experience on active construction sites is a plus
What You'll Do.
Managing Meow Wolf’s collaborating artist projects from concept through installation
and budget of collaborating artist projects
Scheduling and driving meetings between artists and stakeholders
and securing internal approval for artist milestone deliverables
Reviewing artists’ project estimates
Managing collaborating artist process invoices for timely payment
Submitting contract change orders
Guiding artists and their installation teams through installation
Coordinating onsite aid and management
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Production Designers, Technical Directors, Creative Directors, Artist Liaison, Sr. Manager of Flex Creative Production, and other stakeholders.; Successfully work across multiple departments and divisions.

Manage the overall scope, budget, and timeline for collaborating artists' projects., Track, review, and secure internal approval for all artist milestone deliverables through design, fabrication, and installation phases., Manage collaborating artist process invoices for timely payment and submit contract change orders as track completion of close contracts with artists.
