What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MBO level 4, Associate Degree or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar, Affinity with technical systems, machinery or maritime environments, A practical mindset and interest in hands-on technical work, both in the office and on-site, Flexibility to work in different environments and adapt to changing project conditions, also abroad, A good command of spoken and written English
What You'll Do.
Contribute technical knowledge to the core dredging process
Support engineering and operational projects
Ensure reliable vessel performance
Assist with maintenance
upgrades and daily operations within the fleet
Work in the office on planning and coordination
Go on site or abroad to support projects in practice
Be close to the vessels
equipment and operations
Complete two tailored assignments
Work with experienced colleagues
Receive guidance from a mentor
Follow training courses
Be responsible for the technical performance
maintenance and reliability of vessels and equipment
