achieve daily output goal's; maintains the minimum efficiency of 100%; ensuring our cars are ready for our customers; maintaining smooth rental operations; maximizing vehicle availability
Industry & Context.
open to travel (5-10%), can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
at least 2 years' experience as an automotive technician or graduated from a trade school, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, at least 18 years old
Nice to Have
ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or ready to earn them within your first year of employment
What You'll Do.
perform basic mechanical repairs to include oil changes
mounting and balancing tires
brake and part replacements
complete Pre delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management
achieve daily output goal's and maintains the minimum efficiency of 100%
use PPE every time repairs are performed including usage of Safety Glasses at all times while in the automotive shops
Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintains a clean work environment
