Based in Astoria, this role is central to our day-to-day driver and fleet operations, campaign coordination, and field activation support. This serves as a critical on-the-ground resource for drivers, fleet owners, experiential campaigns and cross-market coordination. ## MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Driver & Fleet Support Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers visiting the shop location addressing driver questions related to payments, campaigns, onboarding, and general operational support. Process ad hoc TLC permit requests in a timely and accurate manner. Manage fleet communications, including recall service notifications and payment inquiries.
