Previous operational experience of Fleet (HGV/trucks) in a logistics environment, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and German, Time management skills with the competence to manage multiple priorities at once, Proficient with MS Office skills, Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands, Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines, Ability to complete tasks, Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities, Right to work in the EU/EEA

Make sure vehicles are available and used efficiently for all tasks
Track vehicle movement
Supervise drivers and ensure they follow company rules and maintain valid licences
Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and arrange repairs when needed
Ensure all vehicles meet safety
and environmental standards
Keep accurate records of inspections
and vehicle documents
and secure working environment and support audits when required
Monitor costs such as fuel
and look for ways to reduce expenses
and use tracking systems to monitor performance

This role ensures that all fleet operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You will work closely with and report to the Fleet Manager, and provide regular updates from the Frankfurt site.
