Responsible for the administration of tracking claims, fleet procurement and leases, fuel purchases, preventive maintenance, retired fleet program and pool vehicle program. Plays an important role in emergency fuel management. **Key Responsibilities** * Champions a corporate culture that emphasizes transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, sense of belonging, customer service, and operational excellence. * Works closely with the business, internal stakeholders and suppliers; continuously seeking to improve value delivery through a carefully documented framework of Cleco’s fleet system. * Ensures fleet vehicles are in compliance with local and state rules, as well as applicable corporate policies and procedures. * Facilitates acquisition and disposition of vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and accounting. * Independently maintains accurate and thorough vehicle documentation, including corporate records related to titles and registrations, as well as maintenance and fueling history. * Assists in managing the fleet preventive maintenance program, issuing maintenance orders and ensuring they are fulfilled. * Assists in managing the fleet fueling program, tracking volume, pricing, and availability. * Assists in the development of vehicle purc
