What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, 1 year administrative experience, Basic computer navigation skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office, At least 18 years old, Valid driver’s license, Clean driving record, Authorized to work in US, Work 40 hours per week, Willing to wear uniform
Nice to Have
Automotive dealership experience, Vehicle registration experience, Car rental industry experience, Speaking other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
Plan and operate fleet daily
Ensure fleet efficiency and safety
Monitor shift activities
Track vehicle movements
Track cleaning schedules
Track future vehicle needs
Maintain optimal fleet performance
Plan vehicles based on forecasts
Dispatch vehicles based on forecasts
Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches
Facilitate seamless operations
Maintain service levels
Communicate with internal teams
Communicate with external partners
Manage branch inventory effectively
