What You'll Achieve.
ensure our fleet runs efficiently and safely; optimize our services; maintain optimal fleet performance; ensuring our fleet is ready to meet customer requirements; facilitating seamless operations and maintaining service levels; ensuring smooth execution of all car rental transactions; managing the branch’s inventory effectively
Industry & Context.
open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane, willing to wear a company uniform
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment, basic computer navigation skills, at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, open to travel (5-10%), willing to wear a company uniform
Nice to Have
automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, speaking other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
