What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks, Basic computer navigation skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, At least 18 years old, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, Willing to wear a company uniform
Nice to Have
Automotive dealership experience preferred, Vehicle registration industry experience preferred, Car rental industry experience preferred, Speaking other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
Plan and operate fleet day-to-day
Ensure fleet efficiency and safety
Monitor and track shift activities
Track vehicle movements
Track cleaning schedules
Track future vehicle needs
Maintain optimal fleet performance
Plan and dispatch vehicles based on forecasts
Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches
Facilitate seamless operations
Maintain service levels
Communicate effectively with internal teams
Communicate effectively with external partners
Manage branch inventory effectively
