2+ years fleet experience, Knowledge of rental industry, Knowledge of customer service, Knowledge of upfits, Knowledge of equipment, Leadership skills, Organizational skills, Multitasking skills, Work in defined process/systems, Work out of defined process/systems, Excellent analytical abilities, Excellent communication abilities, Excellent problem-solving abilities, Ability to work independently, Ability to make decisions quickly, Proficiency with fleet management software, Proficiency with related technology, Proficiency in D365, Proficiency in Fleet Wave, Proficiency in other scheduling software, Proficiency in Power BI reporting, Proficiency in SharePoint, Proficiency in internal databases, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Ability to work indoors, Ability to work outdoors, Availability for after hours calls, Availability for weekend calls
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor's degree in a related field, Limited travel required
