Must Have
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in fleet operations management, Two (2) years of experience in people management/managerial, Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook or similar database, email and internet programs, Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, Ability to speak local language
Nice to Have
BA/MA Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or Business Administration or Finance or any related relevant technical qualification is advantageous, Substantial knowledge of transport operations and country legislative framework at all levels, Ability to form and maintain solid relationships with wide range of different stakeholders, partners, co-workers, Evidence of high level written and spoken English language abilities

Integrate fleet/supply chain function in emergency response program

Lead end-to-end fleet operations
Develop fleet management strategy
Manage performance of 3rd parties
Lead fleet management projects
Ensure service delivery with reasonable cost
Provide strategic fleet management support
Ensure fleet management policies effectiveness
Ensure drivers adhere to GPS system
Ensure vehicle usage adherence
Manage drivers' behaviour and policy violations
Maintain vehicle history files
Review vehicle log sheets
Manage spare engine key
Manage driver duties and performance
Ensure complete use of GPS system
Analyze GPS generated reports
Ensure vehicle insurance coverage
Submit accident reports
Follow up claim settlements
Select potential workshops
Preserve repair and maintenance records
Coordinate maintenance services
Ensure proper fuel and tyre usage
Consolidate monthly vehicle usage reports
Perform other related activities
Manage day-to-day fleet operations
Deliver transport services
Manage performance of direct reports
Ensure drivers understand Fleet management Policy
Lead monthly review meetings
Address audit results and recommendations
Monitor fleet management support compliance
Analyze global positioning system (GPS)
Liaise with supply chain
Troubleshoot fleet management issues
Ensure smooth operations and staff relations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team; Work with logistics manager and SCD on fleet strategy; Manage performance of relevant 3rd parties (transporter, drivers); Provide support for Hub office on driver management; Closely work with PH Supply Chain Manager/HO Logistics/Maintenance Coordinator; Closely liaise with the supply chain, warehouse, and security management teams
