What You'll Do.
Administer training to FMS maintenance employees
Coordinate with BU leadership to identify training needs
creation of training schedule
and employee attendance to training session(s)
and update current and new training materials and courses
Update training records promptly upon course completion
Monitor training facilities to ensure they provide high-quality training environments
are adequately supplied
and equipped to support world-class training
Communicate the needs of the training center to Operations Leadership
Operate as catalyst for Top Technician Recognition Program to improve eligibility and participation
Promote and support safety programs

The Technical Trainer ensures that Ryder’s training meets or exceeds internal customer expectations, enabling trainees to reduce rework, breakdowns, and external expenses. Additionally, this role drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency within the FMS maintenance organization.
