What You'll Achieve.
Ensure all work is done in a safe and timely manner; Reduce lost productivity; Ensure all repairs/maintenance are performed in compliance with Company safety and compliance standards; Ensure all repairs/maintenance are performed in compliance with all federal and state regulations; Ensure necessary equipment and parts levels are maintained; Ensure purchases are within budget; Set departmental goals to align with targets and performance objectives

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience in maintenance working with heavy equipment, 1 year of supervisory experience in a lead technician role, supervisor or other management role requiring a thorough knowledge of safe working practices, DOT, OSHA and other federal and state regulations, Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification, T3 Drive, T4 Brake, T5 Suspension and Steering, T6 Electrical/Electronic, T7 HVAC Systems, ASE T2 Diesel Engine, ASE T Master Certified

Perform preventive maintenance/repair
Provide direction to technicians
Ensure repairs/maintenance compliance
Plan and schedule repair work
Monitor operational performance
Conduct quality control inspections
Oversee repair diagnostics
Oversee maintenance shop inventory
Manage administrative matters

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Human Resources on hiring/termination; Collaborate with management on process changes; Work with technicians on performance and training; Refer larger expenses to manager
