Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required, Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required, Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required
Nice to Have
Shop Supervision experience preferred, Associate's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred, Supervisory experience preferred, Experience with a Shop Management System preferred, Microsoft Office intermediate preferred, vehicle diagnostics/repair knowledge (preferred)

Ensuring all vehicles have required specifications
Parts Inventory management
Quality Inspections of PM & repairs
Performing In Process Reviews
Implement corrective actions locally
Communicate issues to Technical Assistance Center
Ensure Cleanliness and quality of repair

The Operations Supervisor must be able to accomplish results and ensure business objectives and labor requirements are met.
