The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company-owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe. * Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles. * Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections. * Process purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation. * Maintain fleet tracking system * Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting. * Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs. * Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage. * Support insurance claims and incident investigations. * Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management * Support with maintaining plant database ## Qualifications * Strong administrative and coordination skills * Knowledge of fleet operations * High level of attention to detail * Strong IT skills (Excel essential; experience with fleet/asset systems desirable) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment * Good communication skills across operational and site teams * Previous experience in an administrative or fleet-based role * Strong working knowledge of compliance documentation ## Additional Informati
