Automotive dealership experience, Vehicle registration industry experience, Car rental industry experience, Speaking other languages
What You'll Do.
Perform daily fleet inventory checks
Assist Fleet Manager scheduling maintenance
Assist Fleet Manager scheduling repairs
Obtain repair estimates
Coordinate with dealerships
Coordinate with body shops
Prepare new vehicles for rental
Handle rental documentation
Tag vehicles in inventory
Assist with vehicle disposal
Prepare condition reports
Verify equipment completeness
Support accident reporting
Support subrogation tasks
Coordinate tag registrations
Coordinate tag renewals
