What You'll Achieve.
Optimize use of fleet assets throughout the lifecycle; Establish and maintain best practice service standards, policies and procedures; Ensures maintenance of Company vehicles in accordance with established standards and policies; Collect, analyze and present key performance indicators related to fleet services to management and operations; Responsible for Fleet Services’ cost centre budgets and actual results

Analytical skills for evaluating shop operation processes; problem-solving skills
Clean Criminal Record check, Valid minimum Ontario G class drivers licence with a Clean Drivers Abstract
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completion of a University or College education or equivalent, 5-7 years' experience in a similar role, Experience working in a management capacity, Computer literate in MS Office, Analytical skills for evaluating shop operation processes, Familiar with Health & Safety Act and National Safety Code, Knowledge of purchasing policies, Clean Criminal Record check, Valid minimum Ontario G class drivers licence with a Clean Drivers Abstract, ODP certification with A/C experience or are willing to obtain, Experience and/or working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline
Nice to Have
310T or combined 310S/310T licence is preferred
What You'll Do.
Assess divisional vehicles for replacement
Negotiate parts/fluids/tools/services with vendors
Perform vendor visits/reviews
Optimize use of fleet assets
Establish and maintain service standards
Ensure maintenance of Company vehicles
Review maintenance schedules annually
Coordinate shop maintenance outsourcing
Coordinate vehicle liaise with insurance
Obtain vehicle/component warranties
Oversee Fleet Services’ garage locations
analyze and present KPIs
Manage Fleet Services’ cost centre budgets
Accountable for a team of mechanics
