**Job Summary:** The Frontline Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing medium-sized customer accounts within an assigned geographic territory. The role focuses on delivering technically complex or multi-solution offerings, building strong relationships with customer stakeholders at the manager/director level, and achieving defined sales targets while adhering to business guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and grow relationships with medium-sized customer accounts in the assigned territory. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions, including technically complex or multi-product offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (manager/director level). * Drive sales performance by achieving established targets or quotas. * Negotiate pricing and margins within defined business parameters. * Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling. * Provide ongoing support and service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and service teams) to deliver customer solutions effectively. **Qualifications & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a similar role. **Skills Required:** * Strong sales and negotiation skills * Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions * Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement * Problem-solving and consultative selling skills * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
