Tradeshow Setup Crew Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Position Type: Temporary Industry: Trade Shows, Exhibitions & Event Production About the Role The Harper Group is seeking reliable and hardworking Tradeshow Setup Crew Members to support booth installations and event setup for upcoming tradeshows. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can work efficiently as part of a team to ensure successful event execution. Upcoming Project Dates: June 22nd – June 26th July 13th – July 25th Key Responsibilities: Assist with setup and breakdown of tradeshow booths, displays, fixtures, and event materials Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and supplies onsite Assemble signage, shelving, furniture, flooring, and other display elements Follow setup instructions, layouts, and supervisor directions accurately Ensure booth areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready Support carpenters, installers, and event staff during installation and dismantle Perform general labor tasks and onsite adjustments as needed Maintain a safe and professional work environment throughout the event Qualifications: Previous tradeshow, event setup, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or long shifts as needed Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Hourly $18—$19 USD
