What You Will Do Fixed Assets & GL Management: Execute period-end processes in Oracle Fusion, post GL adjustments, and lead balance sheet reconciliations and reporting. Project Accounting: Manage the lifecycle of international projects from setup to closure, ensuring accurate capitalisation, sub-ledger closures, and transfer pricing compliance. Lease Accounting (IFRS 16): Own end-to-end lease accounting entries, manage control accounts, and perform variance analysis against budgets. Audit & Compliance: Support half-year and year-end audit processes, delivering precise data disclosures and management commentary. Continuous Improvement: Partner with Global Process Owners to streamline workflows, enhance financial controls, and eliminate process inefficiencies. What We Are Looking For Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Core Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, period-end close processes, and data analysis. Systems & Data: Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus) and a knack for handling large datasets. Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to understand end-to-end financial data flows to drive change.
