This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals while developing essential skills in fit up, fabrication and welding. **What you will do** You will be responsible for the local delivery and execution of the fit up, fabrication and core welding to vendors and managers in accordance with Johnson Controls principles, corporate policies and procedures, and plant operations. You will perform a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancing employee engagement, safety and health, productivity and ensuring employee compliance with Company policies in a manufacturing facility. **How you will do it** * Fitter Welder Apprentice will have the ability to apply minimum of 6 months of MIG welding experience into product. * Operate Miller Aluma Pro Mig gun.
