You compile and compute payroll data from a variety of source documents such as Time Reports, Personnel Action Forms, withholding forms, and more. You prepare, review, verify, and process payroll documents under tight deadlines to support a semi‑monthly payroll cycle. You communicate clearly and professionally to request information or resolve discrepancies. You pay close attention to detail, work accurately with numbers, contribute as a collaborative member of a team, and you are able to work mandatory overtime when required. **Additional Information:** This is a **full-time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent** position. This position is overtime **eligible.** **Monthly Salary:****$3,417** to **$4,542****** | Range 38 (Steps A-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with [WAC 357-28](https://app.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=357-28). In accordance with [RCW 49.58.110](https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=49.58.110), the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
