including Project Steering Committees (PSC)

Programme Working Groups (PWG)

and Programme/Portfolio Governance Committees (PWC)

providing authoritative updates

and decision‑support insights.

and fact‑based updates on testing delivery status

and mitigation plans to support executive decision‑making.

Build credibility and trust through transparent communication

and consistent delivery performance.

Act as the first point of escalation for all testing‑related issues

managing complex stakeholder and vendor escalations with sound judgment and professionalism.

and maintain working relationships with Vendor Test Managers and Test Leads across assigned domains.

Own vendor governance outcomes

including performance management against SLAs

and contractual commitments.

Manage vendor resourcing models to ensure adequate capacity

and alignment to portfolio demand.

Engage vendor leadership as required to drive delivery improvements

and ensure accountability.

Protect the bank’s interests through disciplined vendor oversight

and delivery assurance.

and report testing delivery status

and transformation metrics for the accountable portfolio.

Ensure defined testing transformation targets are achieved and sustained.

Maintain audit‑ready discipline

including traceability

documentation quality

and governance compliance.

Engage stakeholder communities to gather feedback on testing service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
